Position: Technical trainee 职位：技术培训生
Report to: Lean Enterprise Manager 汇报人：精益企业经理
Responsibilities:
1. Joining STIHL’s Trainee program, you will have a multi-department and team rotation. The training program will last 6 to 12 months.
2. In this program, hands-on practices and project experiences are designed in this program. Also in this program, you will have the exposure to top management team, and a designated mentor and coach who will ensure you have continuous support.
3. The final working department will be decided after training program and performance evaluation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering is preferred.
2. Fresh graduates or with 1-2 years work experience in related areas.
3. Proficient written and spoken English skills.
4. Learning agility, willing to continuously develop comprehensive skills in challenging environment.
5. Good interpersonal communication skills
6. Good computer skills in Microsoft Office. Any experiences in applying AutoCAD or Simulation Tools (Flexsim/Plant Simulation) or analytical tools (PowerBI/ Phyton) are preferred.
