沟通专员

工作职责

1.参与制定和完善SBC短期、长期的沟通计划，制度等，并进行有效执行。

2.负责SBC参观访问事务的统计、计划、执行、预算以及服务提升。 

3.负责开发和管理沟通材料，如企业公告，业务介绍及最新动态，企业大事件，特别声明，视频及海报等。 

4.负责制定、完善和维护SBC双向沟通渠道和平台，如内沟邮件、newsletter、新闻报道、文化宣传等，定期进行审查并进行总体沟通的有效性和效率管理。

5.组织和实施企业内部活动，例如员工沟通大会、年会、内部管理层会议、内部文化活动、党建活动等。

6.支持和协调种子党建沟通部各项要求在SBC的落实。 

7.根据集团及SBC需求订阅相应内刊、杂志、报纸、书籍等。

8.作为SBC文化委员会一员，承担SBC文化宣传方面的工作。 

9.作为SBC EMT一员，承担SBC应急管理发言人的工作。 其它交办事项。

任职要求

1.硕士及以上学历 

2.有生物科技或育种专业背景，可代替科学家对参观人员进行科研讲解并解答参观者的非涉密问题。 

3.撰写新闻稿件能力强、头表达能力强，英语可以作为工作语言。

4.责任心强，抗压性强，团队协作精神强，逻辑能力强，共情能力强，品德端正。 

5.具有外企沟通岗工作经验或央企党建工作经验 6.具有跨国央企工作经历优先

Plant Pathology Specialist

工作职责

About This Job: Syngenta Beijing Innovation Center is seeking a highly responsible and dedicated plant pathology specialist responsible to execute the plant pathology experiment requested by project lead and manage the pathogenic inoculums for the disease trait team in SBC. This person will be a key member in supporting all disease control projects and functional operation for the disease team of Crop Trait & Technology Discovery function. 

The accountabilities are as following:

1、Plan and execute the plant pathology experiments in both greenhouse and field as requested by project lead.  

2、Follow and manage key operation procedures for plant pathology experiment, including inoculum preparation, inoculation, symptom rating and data collection.  

3、Manage plant pathogen inoculum inventory.   

4、Engage with supporting function of both Seed Research and Seed Development to ensure the smooth proceeding of experiment.  

5、Develop function capability on plant pathology experiment, such as vigor maintenance, accuracy improvement, time/labor reduction by automation, etc.  

6、Drive operation excellence and continuous improvement on process and related documents Professionally work in compliance of Syngenta quality management and regulatory guidance

任职要求

Qualifications:  

1、Bachelor’s degree in plant protection or related fields with minimum 1 year of hands on experience on related work in industrial research environment.

2、Strong execution and capable to deliver under pressure, highly organized and pay attention to details in daily work, passionate about operation and process improvement 3、Good team player, willing to support others, and flexible in handling changes 

4、Ability to travel and perform experiment in field conditions.

5、Basic data statistics is highly preferred 

6、Good oral, reading and written English communication is highly preferred Important 7、Additional Information:

Occasional evening teleconference for global communication within company.

Occasional weekend and holiday duties to support research pipeline operation Role based in Changping district, Beijing, with limited business travel.
