Job title: Airport Station Coordinator
Department: Airport Services
Reports To: Station Manager
Work location: Beijing Capital International Airport
1. Main responsibilities:
(1). Provide quality services to passengers according to airline standards.
(2). Communicate with airport related authorities, such as the Immigration and the Customs to ensure flights are operating properly.
(3). Supervise the ground handling company employees to obtain the satisfaction of passengers and crews.
(4). Assist the station manager to maintain the station’s stable daily operations.
(5). Able to prepare and complete the pre and post flight documents and statistical information to ensure all data is accurately accounted.
2. Job requirements:
(1). Bachelor’s degree or above.
(2). Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin,Persian would be advantageous.
(3). Customer-oriented and team player, able to work in shifts.
(4). Independent, careful, proactive, strong sense of responsibility.
(5). Good communication skills, good problem solving and organizational skills, able to work under pressure.
(6). Respect for different cultures and diversities.
