岗位职责：

Job Responsibilities 

Mainly responsible for delivering projects transversally, around topics such as process optimization, team management, and engagement as well as productivity, efficiency, and cost control. To gain a deep understanding of our lab processes and prepare for a full-fledged management position, you will work on various projects in different teams in our department. The role will allow you to discover our industry, our culture, and our customers, to contribute to the development of our activities. 

岗位要求：

Requirements

 Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, International Business from a top Engineering School or Business School would be preferred. 

 Relevant work experience in Lean management is a plus, prefer project leadership experience. 

 Excellent knowledge of “Lean” methodologies and proven track record in deploying continuous improvement. 

 Ability to connect with professionals at all levels within the organization.

 A strong work ethic of discretion and professionalism. 

 A hands-on management style and leadership with excellent interpersonal skills. 

 Fluent in English (spoken and written).

 Partnering with department heads to identify gaps and propose effective solutions to deal with daily operational challenges, aiming at constantly improving our service level. 

 Audit our process and methods with an efficient mindset, to generate productivity gains and optimize our daily operations costs, having a direct impact on our margin. 

 Designing and deploying SOPs and policies to drive key projects or implement best practices transversally.

 Building and cascading a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across all Operations functions. 

 Acting as a trainer and coach, evaluating the needs, and designing the solutions to help our people grow. 

 Implementing adequate reporting tools to measure Key Performance Indicators across Operations team. 

 Ensuring the projects are tracked and results are maintained, communicated, and summarized.
