  视觉认知神经动力学研究组

  国际灵长类脑研究中心（ICPBR），上海，中国

  国际灵长类脑研究中心ICPBR由蒲慕明教授和Nikos K. Logothetis教授共同领导，隶属于中国科学院脑科学与智能技术卓越创新中心（CEBSIT，ww***.cn[点击查看]），是正在推进世界顶尖灵长类动物大脑研究的研究中心。中心的核心研究团队引进自德国马克思普朗克生物控制论研究所，其中Dr. Vishal Kapoor正在组建由他带领的视觉认知神经动力学研究组团队（en***.cn[点击查看]）。研究组于2021年底设立，旨在将心理物理学范式和行为学与最先进的电生理学和计算方法相结合，以探究有意识的视觉感知的神经基础、并有效区分这些神经过程与其它的认知相关过程为主要研究方向。研究组项目采用的技术涵盖非人类灵长类动物的多区域、多电极阵列记录，和基于人类的眼动追踪、行为测定和脑电图等。 现招募协助完成这些项目的研究助理。

  
  

  实验研究助理

  受聘者将协助非人类灵长类动物的行为训练以及实验相关准备工作，包括实验前、实验后的动物护理和电极制作、安排心理物理实验日程以及收集人类实验数据。申请者应取得生物学、生物医学科学、兽医科学、心理学、神经科学或相关领域的学士或硕士学位。具有动物处理、护理和训练经验者优先。

  Research Assistant Positions

  Laboratory of Neural Dynamics of Visual Perception and Cognition

  International Center for Primate Brain Research (ICPBR), Shanghai, China

  The ICPBR, co-directed by Prof. Mu-Ming Poo and Prof. Nikos K. Logothetis, affiliated with the Center for Excellence in Brain Science and Intelligence Technology (CEBSIT, en***.cn[点击查看]), the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Shanghai is a newly established international research facility for conducting highest-level primate brain research.

  Here, Dr. Vishal Kapoor leads the Laboratory of Neural Dynamics of Visual Perception and Cognition (en***.cn[点击查看]). The lab, established in late 2021, aims to combine psychophysical paradigms and behavior with state-of-the-art electrophysiological and computational approaches to study the neural basis of conscious visual perception and disambiguate these neural processes from those underlying cognition. The projects in the lab employ techniques, ranging from multi-regional, multi-electrode array recordings in non-human primates to eye tracking, behavioral monitoring and EEG in humans. The lab is looking for research assistants to assist with these projects.

  
  

  Experimental Research Assistant

  The selected candidate will assist in behavioral training of non-human primates, preparation of experimental setups including pre- and post-experimental animal care, building electrodes, scheduling of psychophysical experiments and data collection from human subjects. The candidate should hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, Psychology, Neuroscience, or related fields. Experience in animal handling, care and training is desirable.

  
  

  In addition, the candidates must have good oral and written English skills, a team spirit as well as the ability to work independently, and importantly strong motivation and enthusiasm to conduct high-level neuroscience research.
