在集成电路制造设备维度：中微公司的等离子体刻蚀(Etch)设备包括电容性高能等离子体（CCP）刻蚀设备和电感性低能等离子体（ICP）刻蚀设备，拥有单台机、双台机的独特设计，已广泛应用于国际一线客户从65纳米到5纳米及下一代更先进的芯片生产线上。适用于超高深宽比结构刻蚀的CCP刻蚀设备性能已经达到国际一流水平；适用于超高精度刻蚀工艺的ICP刻蚀设备的刻蚀均匀性可以达到原子级的水平；应用ICP技术的深硅（TSV）刻蚀设备，在先进系统封装、2.5维封装和微机电系统芯片等的刻蚀领域继续获得批量重复订单。此外，公司在开发集成电路前端所需要的多种薄膜沉积类设备，包括低压化学气相沉积设备（LPCVD）、生长硅及锗硅极关键的外延设备（EPI）等，并已取得了可喜的进展。2022年开始推出12英寸LPCVD设备具有优秀的薄膜均一性、填充能力和工艺调节灵活性，在常规互联线，极高深宽比结构和三维结构填充均达到国际先进水平。

在泛半导体设备维度：用于LED和功率器件外延片生产的MOCVD设备已在客户生产线上投入量产。中微的氮化镓基MOCVD设备在新一代Mini-LED产业化中，在蓝绿光LED生产线上取得了领先地位。公司正在开发的用于碳化硅功率器件的外延设备，以及制造Micro-LED的MOCVD专用设备。

其他战略新兴领域：聚焦环境保护节能减排设备和清洁能源的 “中微惠创”、开发中小企业营运软件系统的 “中微汇链”，以及探索数码技术在大健康领域应用的 “芯汇康”都取得了良好进展，共同推动中微公司实现高速、稳定、健康和安全的发展。

Sr. Etch Process Engineer   Shanghai  PHD  薪资面议

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform process development or modify existing process to meet customer requirement.

2. Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process specifications.

3. Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, development, and evaluation in support of the company’s complex semiconductor capital equipment and systems.

4. May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new processes.

Key Requirements

1. PhD or MS in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science or related fields;

2. Strong logical thinking, hands-on, presentation skills;

3. Self-motivator with sense of urgency and accountability;

4. Good communication skills, written and verbal in both Chinese and English;

(Sr.) Mechanical Engineer   Shanghai  MS 薪资面议

 

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical engineer,  complete design and related tasks individually for smaller projects. Assist designs and testing in larger project team.

1. Able to own 2-4 small projects and participate in 2 major projects per year, follow rules and deliver according to schedules.

2. By working with senior staff, be able to carry out design tasks, set up C&F (Concept & Feasibility) test stand, and complete 3D&2D drawings.

3. Monitor and communicate part/assembly activities, including orders, shipments, and technical / quality / test spec requirements.

4. Generate 3D draft for new design proposals. Proof check for designs by self and other team members.

5. Working with experienced staff, carry out parts testing. Collect, analyze and document data, from which to draw conclusions and suggest resolutions. Publish progress summary with recommendations, complete with implementation.

6. Work with test engineers, field support engineers, and vendors on design modifications and performance/quality improvements.

7. Able to travel to supplier or customer sites (expect <3 times per quarter) to solve mechanical design related issues.

Key Requirements

1. Master degree, majored in Mechanical engineering or related fields.

2. Be enthusiastic at work, strong hands-on skills and self motivated.

3. Good communication skills and a team player.

4. Achieved CET-6 certificate, good command of verbal and written English.

 

TPS Engineer   Shanghai  MS 薪资面议

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide support in issue identification, root cause diagnose analysis, and resolution of product / production issues.

2. Support lab CIP( Continued Improvement Product) testing within cross-functional team (Process, Engineering, Software, Manufacturing, Spares, etc.) to improve product functionality and reliability.

3. Complete productivity issue related experiments, collect and analyze data, generate reports for both internal and external distribution.

4. Act as HQ/region interface for communicating customer site issues/status and HQ feedback.

5. Conduct verification & testing of BKM’s and procedures.

6. Provide new tool startup support and hardware retrofits at customer site.

Key Requirements

1. MS in chemistry, physics, material science, mechanical automation, engineering, and/or related fields.

2. Strong logical thinking, hands-on, presentation skills.
