Be Responsible for managing Kaizen activities including before-, during- and after-the event activities, including leading and facilitating Kaizen event. 负责改善事件的前期， 中期及后期的工作，包括领导及协调改善事件。
Manage the Kaizen war-room and weekly report, quarterly self-assessment on CBS activities, tool champion tracking. 管理改善工作室， CBS 周报，CBS 季度自评及对 改善工具冠军状态的追踪，等工作。
Be responsible for site OEE reporting, and regular audit including safety & 5S and visual management. 负责工厂的 OEE 报告，日常审计包括安全，5S 及目视化管理。
Follow Crane Co’s CBS requirements to continuously assess Ningjin’s current state map and develop action plans to timely close the gaps if any 根据公司 CBS 的要求对公司的 现状进行评估，并对现有的差距开发出行动计划来关闭存在的差距。
Be responsible for developing and implementing lean initiatives to improve the manufacturing performance, including Current State, Future State ， 5S, visual management and standard work, etc. 负责应用精益生产工具来推动公司的制造水平， 包括现状图及未来图，5S，可视化管理及标准化作业等。
Be responsible to promote lean culture and conduct lean/CBS training to cell leaders and operators. 负责推广精益生产的企业文化，并对单元组长及操作工进行精益生产方 面的培训。
Be responsible to identify wastes in the site and drive continuous improvement with using lean manufacture tools. Achieve the company KPI (SQDC) objectives 运用精益生产的 工具在公司内识别浪费并推动持续改善。实现公司 KPI（安全、质量、交付、成 本）的目标。
Approximately less than 20% travel 少于 20%出差时间
