一、Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare the design scheme of automation solution according to customer requirements and annual project;
2. Carry out detailed design for the workflow, part design and BOM of the automation equipment according to the agreed requirements;
3. Carry out finite element analysis on key structural parts to optimize the design solution;
4. Use professional tools to select various motors, cylinders, guide rails, guide screws, modules, etc. to meet the requirements;
5. Make machine simulation animation for demonstration;
6. Identify potential problems that may occur in equipment design and discuss with leaders to solve problems;
7. Support equipment assembly, test and verification to meet requirements;
8. Other work assigned by the manager/team leader.

二、Qualification Required
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing;
2. Good process design background and non-standard equipment design experience, more than one year of mechanical design experience;
3. Proficiently use AUTOCAD, Pro/Engineer and other relevant software to draw assembly drawings and part drawings of non-standard equipment;
4. Be familiar with the brands and main product characteristics of various components in non-standard automation equipment, and be responsible for the selection of equipment outsourcing parts;
5. Strong ability to conceive and react, strong sense of responsibility and positive enterprising consciousness, strong ability to learn new knowledge and adapt to the environment;
6. Good communication with customers and technicians.
