三、薪资福利 Compensation and Benefits

1. 有竞争力的薪资待遇（面议确定）：

本科15万/年起，硕博士面议

Competitive Salary (determined by direct negotiation)：

· Bachelors RMB 150k/year+, the salaries Masters & PhDs are negotiable  

2. 政策补贴：

人才补贴：人才补贴1-8万元、购房/住房优惠及补贴10-25万元、50-60%工科人才薪酬补助（按各地方政府实际政策享受）。

Subsidies：Talent allowance RMB 10-80k, House-related subsidies RMB100-250k, Subsidy for engineering talents (Subject to the policies of local governments).

社会保障：五险一金（公积金）

Social insurance: 5 insurances and 1 funds policy.

医疗保障：定期体检、集团内部补充医疗保障

Medical insurance: regular check-ups and additional medical insurance.

带薪假期：法定节假日、年假、集中休假、加班、调休等

Paid vacation: public holidays, annual leave, time in lieu, etc.

休假报销：休假往返路费报销，境外3次/年，境内最多可达4次/人/年

Travel reimbursement: may reimburse round-trip air tickets 3 times/year for overseas, 4 times/year for China.

节日福利：过节费（元旦、春节、中秋、国庆等节日每次300-2000元不等金额礼金)，多元节日活动、丰富节日礼品
