事业部及职位介绍

嘉吉农业供应链

从事大宗农产品的采购、储存、贸易、加工和分销，是中国谷物与油籽的主要供应商和贸易加工商之一，为客户提供来自全球市场的优质饲料谷物、非谷物饲料原料以及油料作物及产品。嘉吉目前在中国共经营6家油籽加工厂。

交易培训生（上海）

Market Supply and Demand Management

• Gather, analyze, and input key information concerning the different agricultural products into the S&D balance sheet
• Manage and keep the local S&D up to date. Discuss locally and with the different trading desks in Cargill global
• Connect with the different merchants on feed demand and analyze and report the impacts in the market.

Market Price Analysis

• Monitor the different agricultural products’ prices in key locations
• Maintain and analyze daily cash prices and correlate them with commodity exchange futures prices

• Report price changes in the various regions, more specifically on how price changes affect import and export economics.

Positions and Trading 

Assist the Trading Manager on covering different areas of risk management including but not limited to:

• Hedging cash purchases. Trading futures
• Arbitrating between cash and futures, including delivery on the exchange
• Keep trading position spread sheet updated (Long and Short)
• Keep Cargill global trading team fully informed on major developments in the China commodity exchanges, cash markets and general environment in China
• Write daily recaps on the different commodities traded and weekly recaps for the Chinese Risk Meeting on the different commodities traded

Import/Export business

• Daily communication with Cargill global trading teams and customers regarding market developments

• Conduct agency business for the different agricultural products.

 

• 2024届应届毕业生，经济金融、理工科类专业优先，硕士优先
• 有志于大宗农产品市场交易，注重脚踏实地团队合作
• 优秀的数据分析能力以及商业敏感度

嘉吉风险管理事业部

嘉吉风险管理事业部成立于1994年，致力于为客户定制风险管理方案。目前在全世界11个国家设有15个办公室，客户遍布全球60个国家。嘉吉是在美国商品期货交易委员会注册的掉期交易商。

我们期望运用嘉吉在大宗商品行业多年积累的经验，帮助中国企业应对大宗商品价格波动风险，优化企业的供应链和产品销售管理，增强其在当前复杂的国际贸易大环境中对市场波动的抵抗能力。

 

波动率交易培训生（上海、海口）

Market volatility analysis

• Monitor realized volatility of various exchange traded futures
• Monitor implied volatility of various exchange traded options and/or OTC traded options. 
• Generate daily volatility report. 
• Report volatility arbitrage opportunities across markets. 

Trading execution

Assist the trading desk but not limited to:

• Learning and execution of Cargill\'s trading and hedging strategies, tactics and practices, under trader supervision, which will include the use of futures and derivatives. 
• Write daily recaps about P&L and position on the different commodities traded.

 

财务运营培训生（上海、海口）

• Support journal entries for trading activities.
• Draft segments of statements and reports and support standard accounting report packages.
• Partner with various stakeholders to deliver accurate data and reports and continuously improve financial reporting effectiveness.
• Monitor customer collateral payment activities and manage payment requests while ensuring complete documentation.
• Support daily operational activities, including trade confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, invoicing, etc. Ensure internal and external deadlines are met.
• Act as a liaison with traders, external business partners and other internal and external counterparties to manage operational tasks, communicate and resolve operational issues.
• Demonstrate proactiveness and participate in process improvement projects.
