Loyalty Marketing Comms Associate (Based in Shanghai)

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team tasked with making KrisFlyer the loyalty programme of choice in China. You will help increase awareness of the KrisFlyer brand, drive member acquisitions and improve member engagement through effective communications across all channels in China.

Job Description

Marketing Communication

Work closely with creative, social and media agencies to create KrisFlyer assets and content in Wechat and Weibo, supported by media plans.

Oversee and execute branding and communications for the KrisFlyer programme across

paid, owned and earned channels, with a primary focus on social media channels.

Work closely with other units in the Loyalty Marketing Department to best communicate new programme enhancements and partnerships.

Develop strategies to drive awareness and acquisition for the KrisFlyer brand locally and increase stickiness and engagement with existing members.

Grow and Engage Local KrisFlyer Membership base

Liaise and collaborate across departments to drive member engagement and acquisition via various channels, including social

Organize tactical campaigns with other BUs and partners drive membership growth and engagement

Data Management and Analysis

Assist to deliver data analysis and regular reports to improve campaign performances

Organize and maintain campaign data and reports

Develop and produce regular report for membership profile analysis

Candidate Requirements

Essential

Bachelor’s degree

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Team player with diligent & responsible work attitude

Fast learner and able to work well under pressure

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Desirable

Relevant experience in Loyalty programs and/or brand and digital marketing

Analytical skills to conduct market reviews.

Good understanding of latest trends

Highly organized and detail oriented
