Service Engineering Trainee-Software 服务工程培训生-软件方向

The Role工作职责：

Software Support软件支持：

·         Work independently on Atlas Copco software installation & debug & basic troubleshooting, including relative Atlas Copco tool installation, troubleshooting

·         独立完成阿特拉斯·科普柯的软件安装、调试和基本故障排除，包括阿特拉斯·科普柯相关工具的安装和故障排除

·         Phone support customer on software technical issues

·         就软件技术问题向客户提供电话支持

·         Technical support on software for sales in field

·         为销售提供现场软件技术支持

·         Provide Atlas Copco software products operation training to customer

·         向客户提供阿特拉斯·科普柯软件产品操作培训

Software development软件开发：

·         Design and develop the website for the data analysis platform,  lead the UX design and interaction

·         设计、开发和优化数据分析平台的前端界面，实现数据可视化和交互功能

·         Create GUI and BI-like boards with HTML, CSS and JavaScripts

·         利用HTML、CSS和JavaScript等前端技术将复杂的数据呈现为易于理解的可视化图表和界面

·         Work with Data Scientists to study and understand needs and work in continues engineering

·         与数据科学家和产品团队密切合作，理解用户需求，设计用户友好的界面

·         Work with Backend development team to ensure data handling process

Candidate profile 任职要求:

·         Bachelor degree or above, Data Science, Computer science or information system or software related majors

·         本科及以上学历，数据科学、计算机科学、信息系统或软件相关专业等

·         Fluency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, experienced in Vue and React will be a plus

·         熟练掌握HTML、CSS和JavaScript等前端技术，熟悉Vue或React框架

·         Fluency in AntV, Vxe-Table, Echarts etc to use 3^rd party libraries for complex requirements

·         熟悉AntV、Vxe-Table、Echarts等数据可视化和表格展示库，能够灵活运用以实现复杂需求

·         Familiar about web development and understand componentization and modulization, experience in packaging reusable component will be a plus

The role工作职能:

· Drive and support sales through campaign, market analysis, sales opportunity identification, solution sharing & case study, and etc

· Working closely with sales team & project team to meet customer’s needs
