Bachelor\'s Degree. Majoring in English, administrative management or related field is desirable. Excellent English/Chinese language written and verbal skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Good organizational and collaboration skills, Customer service/care oriented skills, Basic IT skills. Enjoy the campus atmosphere, good personality. 身心健康 Preferred Qualification: More than 1 year of administration work experience in higher education area or multinational environment. |

| 岗位职责 | |
|
Assist with scheduling meetings with team members, faculty colleagues, external collaborators.
Assist with team communications regarding administrative matters. Interface with internal & external staff on administrative matters. Budget management. Travel preparations, Paperwork and logistics arrangement. Assist with website updates and preparations. Prepare weekly administrative workflow and timeline. Assist with laboratory organization. Other tasks. |
