丝芙兰媒体运营助理经理：职位描述

1.Drive Hi-Q traffic and optimize conversion for Sephora Mini-Program via various media approach with consumers.

2.Contribute to MNP RECRUIT&RECALL acquisition strategy and action plan to get sufficient MNP new members and maximize paid media ROI.

3.Responsible for MNP strategy & digital media planning and well execution into daily operation to achieve ROI result.

4.Collaborate with cross function team like design /animation /merchandising team, omni-marketing team to ensure smooth and solid execution of traffic plan and identify brand cooperation traffic new opportunities.

5.Fast learn and quick implication on new media approach to recruit new.

6.Co-ordinate and work with DPO and PO to maximize 1st party -data application to facilitate AIPL media journey and help paid efficiency improvement.

7.Based on performance market insights and competitors’ analysis to provide optimization suggestion and execute solutions.

8.Closely work with agencies through the creative optimization of different groups & messages to develop media activities and maximize paid ROI.

职位要求

1.Around 3-5 years’ experience in performance marketing filed within E-commerce

2.Proficient with Tencent eco-system will be a strong PLUS

3.Timeline/number sensitive with strong data analysis and insights

4.Strong business acumen and have a flexible and result driven approach on managing challenges and changes.

5.Highly motivated, able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
