负责参与国际项目的交付工作

Responsible for international project delivery to European customer.

配合总部售后团队参与设备调试，特别是精调及验证阶段的交付工作

Cooperate with commissioning technicians from HQ, contribute to positioning, installation, and especially commissioning and qualifying work of LEAD equipment.

拉通机台负责人，澄清任务分配，以及调试过程中的技术细节，并同步给海外售后团队

Align with machine leader about daily working plan and package, distribute work within overseas ICS team.

监督指导工程外包及人力外包公司，完成设备落位、复机及粗调工作

Monitor and guide external service provider, to finish positioning, installation, and basic commissioning work.

团队协调，定期汇报工作进展

Team coordination and regular report of working progress.

主导售后服务订单执行，统筹协调售后及研发人员完成交付

Lead after sales service planning, and drive customer order fulfilment.

对接客户工程师，做必要的技术澄清

Interface to customer\s engineer for clarification of necessary technical details.

学历要求：具有机械、电气、机电一体化、项目管理或类似专业的工程背景，本科及以上学历

Bachelor’s Degree or similar with engineering background in mechanic, electric, mechatronic, project management or similar major.

拥有作为机械师/电气师的扎实的理论知识，和实践技能

Solid theoretical knowledge with practical skill as mechanician or electrician.

熟练的项目管理知识

Proficient project management knowledge.

良好的沟通和团队能力

Skilled communication and team ability.

Hands-on mentality.

熟练使用MS Office软件（Word/Excel/PPT）

协助项目主管促进并支持公司不同项目的定义和制定，包括范围，项目结构，时间表等

Facilitates & supports definition of the project structure (scope, project structure, timelines) together with Operational leads.

协助完成项目报告，包括项目进展状态和风险缓解等

Supports driving project reporting incl. status and risks mitigation.

通过定期会议支持项目执行

Supports project execution through regular meeting cadences.

建议并协助创建与项目有关的决策，供业务指导委员会审查

Supports creating project related decision proposals for Operational Steer Committee Reviews.

协助跨项目对接和相关调整工作

Supports cross-project alignment.

协助管理项目的资源和预算

Supports managing project resources & budgets.

协助解决工作过程中关于项目范围、时间表和资源分配议题的冲突，保证项目的顺利推进

Supports resolving conflicts among the work streams on scope, timeline and resource allocation topics.

学历要求：工程，项目管理或其他相关领域本科及以上学历

Bachelor’s degree or college student (f/m/d) in Engineering, Project Management or comparable and similar fields.

良好的分析能力（如构造复杂的课题），积极主动的思维，良好的责任感，灵活性，注重质量，具有团队精神

Good analytical skills (e.g. structuring complex topics), proactive thinking, good sense of responsibility, flexibility, quality focused, team player.

良好的组织能力，有能力支持项目经理，例如，确保项目战术的一致性，及时有效地沟通项目状态和风险

Outstanding organizational skills, ability to support project managers, e.g. ensure alignment of project tactics, communicate project status, and risks.

有良好的抗压能力

Proven track record of supporting project managers, delivering results above expectations and with a sense of urgency.

有项目经理或项目经理助理相关工作经验者优先考虑

Project manager or project manager assistant related work experience is preferred.

语言要求：中文、英语、法语

愿意在欧盟境内出差

Willingness to travel in the Europe.
