深圳汉莎技术有限公司是由德国汉莎技术股份有限公司与北京凯兰航空技术有限公司共同投资组建的。依托德国母公司的先进工艺、技术和全球网络，深圳汉莎技术建立了飞机复合材料结构部件和飞机各个系统部附件的修理能力以及发动机的现场维修能力，维修能力范围覆盖了空客系列、波音系列和CRJ系列全机型，并持有CAAC，EASA和FAA等批准。除维修服务之外，深圳汉莎同时为客户提供航材租赁与交换服务。深圳汉莎服务的区域包括中国和整个亚太地区。

1.航电维修设备工具工程师

【岗位职责】

l为飞机电子电气部件开发新的测试设备；

l维护并修理电子车间现有的测试设备；

l参与新能力开发项目（电子和电气部件）；

l根据公司的各项规章指引创建和修改技术文档，如测试设备设计文档，测试设备技术规范，操作和维护手册等；

l为测试设备创建必要的校准程序并支持校准人员的相关工作；

l与产品工程师紧密合作，完成各项开发任务；

l作为技术代表，对新设备投资进行可行性分析（商业计划）。

【任职资格】

l本科或以上学历，主修电子电气工程或相关工程专业；

l熟悉模拟数字电路设计，软硬件设计，PCB 电路板设计，微机系统，CPLD、FPGA、JTAG、UART、SPI 总线系统；

l熟练掌握一项或多项编程语言，如 C 语言。熟练掌握 Labview、Teststand 者优先；

l独立进行软硬件开发和调试工作；

l独立管理与外部生产厂家、供应商合作的软硬件开发项目；

l具备良好的英文书写能力和口语交流能力；

l团队合作，以解决问题为导向；

l熟悉各种办公软件。

2.高级电子维修员

【岗位职责】

l根据生产计划，从事飞机电子附件的修理；

l指导年轻维修人员的工作；

l配合工程部完成技术攻关和新项目开发；

l辅助主管进行团队管理；

l保证工作符合公司质量政策/程序和环境健康安全政策；

l维修用工具设备的日常清点和维护保养。

【任职资格】

l相关专业大专毕业，且不少于5年飞机附件维修经验(从事电子附件维修的时间不少于3年)，或者航空专业大专或本科学历，且不少于3年飞机附件维修经验(从事电子附件维修的时间不少于2年)；

l熟练阅读CMM, SOPM, SB, SL, 以及其它技术资料；

l掌握电子附件维修常用材料、流程、方法和工艺的知识；

l有电子附件项目签署和放行经验者优先考；

l有电子测试设备使用、维护和研发经验者优先考虑；

l有新维修项目工作经验者优先考虑；

l英语能力突出者优先考虑。

3.Avionics Production Engineer

【Responsibilities】

lMaintenance engineering document Keep the reference document at the latest revision per LTS manual revision process, engineering standard, statutory regulatory requirements and LTS quality/audit requirements.

Supply/update technical documents and shop routers needed for repair and overhaul with detailed methods, tools, and materials to keep the component’s continued airworthiness.

lProduction support

Provide technical support for production issue (e.g. warranty, quality finding, and CMM deviation) to secure production smoothness & efficiency.

Develop the technical preventive standard to improve products quality according to root cause investigation of quality issues and complaints.

Optimize the repair process, including but not limited to the exchange of knowledge with the HAM/LTCS engineering team and the technical clarification with OEM.

lNew capability built up

Responsible for LRU capability build-up, including developing & prepare related capability documentation, communicating with the Tool/Equipment Engineering team for more supporting programs, and coordinating with the necessary material purchasing.

lNew method development

Develop and Implement new repair methods (e.g.: DER & DOA, PMA, etc.) to improve reliability and reduce production costs.

lCommercial support

Prepare the material cost and man-hour consumption for the sales bidding process based on product maintenance knowledge and experience.

Provide technical support for sales and customer service to ensure LTS fulfills customer inquiries about the technical and configuration.

lDevelop responsibility

Technical direction: develop the complex technology, extend further knowledge, and share or exchange within the engineering team.

Leading direction: Back up Head of Production Engineer and Planning and coaching the young engineers and apprentices when needed.

Other Tasks assigned by Engineer Manager/Head of Production Engineering and Planning

【Qualifications】

lBachelor\s degree and 6 years of equivalent avionics repair/engineering experience in MRO shop background.

lStrong interpersonal communication and Chinese/English skills.

lStrong knowledge of MRO, aviation, engineering, avionics, and related.

4.Avionics Training Officer

【Responsibilities】

lMaintain and develop training capacity to carry out required technical training courses in avionics category, including training syllabus and teaching materials, instructor qualifications and experience, training tools and equipment, training certificates/records, etc.;

lDraw up teaching plans, prepare relevant training courseware, as well as exam papers and question banks;

lImplement teaching plan and monitor training progress, deliver required training courses according to company’s Training Program Manual and quality requirements;

lResponsible for trainees’ daily teaching and attendance management;

lAnalyze course exam results and effectiveness;

lCoordinate other work tasks assigned by the manager.

【Qualifications】

lCollege degree or above, majored in engineering, avionics etc.;

l5 years of experience with avionics or related trainings.
