岗位描述:

职责

1、负责拓展私人银行客户,与客户建立良好关系,并维护现有客户关系,确保客户满意度高;

2、了解客户财务状况、风险偏好和投资目标,为客户提供个性化的财富管理解决方案;

3、负责管理客户的资产组合,并为客户提供相应的投资建议,以及按照客户要求执行相关投资交易;

4、与内部团队紧密合作,确保为客户提供高质量的金融产品和服务,包括投资产品、外汇交易及股票产品等;

5、遵守监管规定和银行内部制度,确保业务的合法合规。

要求

1、大学本科及以上学历;

2、具备良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力和服务意识,善于处理客户关系;

3、具备较好的中英文读写能力,普通话流畅。

Assistant Operations Manager / Manager, Private Banking

岗位描述:

Responsibilities

1. Handle account opening, maintenance and account closure of individual customers in compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank\s internal system;

2. Handle daily settlement and operational support for the branch, including remittance business, cheque clearing, financial products (funds, bonds, structured products, etc.) subscription and redemption, foreign exchange transactions, etc., as well as issuing daily/monthly statements, contract notes and all operational/customer account related notifications;

3. Provide back office support to the front line;

4. Perform customer due diligence, including customer risk rating, list scanning;

5. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. 2 years or more operation and settlement related work experience would be a plus;

3. Familiar with KYC related policies, laws and regulatory requirement;

4. Able to handle work independently and under pressure;

5. Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to read and write in English and Chinese.

Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain corporate business portfolio including lending, trade finance and deposits both in Hong Kong and on the China\s mainland.

2. Explore new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing and selling of the Bank\s corporate financial services in the areas of corporate lending, trade financing, structured transactions, syndication, treasury and other financial services.

3. Conduct credit analysis and prepare sound credit proposals with persuasive and objective arguments.

Requirements

1. Degree holders or above in business- or finance-related disciplines.

2. Minimum 2 years relationship manager with proven track record in handling business independently.

3. Strong credit analysis and risk management skills, good knowledge of corporate banking products and relevant HK and the China\s mainland banking regulations.

4. Familiarize with office software and fluent English and Putonghua.

5. Independent, outgoing, pleasant and self-disciplined personality, willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and a good team player.

Assistant Relationship Manager / RM, Financial Institutions (Non-bank FI)

Responsibilities

1. Explore business opportunities and promote banking products to achieve business targets.

2. Develop and maintain solid business relationship with our Non-bank FI customers (i.e. securities house, public sectors, financial leasing, financial holdings, trust, insurance, funds, asset management etc.).

3. Provide quality service and tailor-made solutions to our customers.

4. Identify cross-sell opportunities including FICC, DCM , syndication loans and structure lending;

5. Prepare thorough financial analysis and credit proposals in accordance to the Bank\s guideline;

6. Supervise the operations of account opening including KYC.

7. Monitor the assigned client portfolio to minimize credit risk and to ensure the post-lending in compliance with the bank policy and related guidelines.

8. Assist in product development and enhancement.

Requirements

1. University graduate or above, major in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred; with 2 years relationship manager with proven track record in handling business independently; relevant experience in covering non-bank FI clients is a plus;

2. Proven ability to deliver KYC for high profile client onboarding and renewals.

3. Excellent credit analysis and risk management skills, good knowledge of banking products and relevant Hong Kong SAR and the China banking regulations;

4. Possess strong time management, organizational , relationship building skills;       

5. Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

6. Qualification of SFC license 1 and 4.

7. Qualification of CFA, CPA or FRM will be preferred.

8. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Relationship Manager.

Team Head of Relationship Management, Corporate Banking

Treasury Sales - Financial Market

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for sales & marketing full range of treasury products including  FX/Fixed income products, include cash bond, FX, interest rates swap, structure deposit, credit derivatives etc.and services to our corporate and institutional clients.

2. Establish and develop business relationship with financial institutional clients (both bank and non-bank FI) ,promote treasury product solutions to meet client needs.

3. In collaboration with Relationship Managers to provide hedging/investment solution to our corporate clients.

4. Quote price and execute transactions for clients.

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematical Statistics, Information Technology, New Energy, New Materials Science and Engineering majors are preferred.

2. Minimum 2 year relevant experience with thorough understanding of the flow of Treasury and working experience in FX/Fixed income market.

3. Familiar with onshore and offshore China Bond market, familiar with Bond Connect business will be a plus.

4. Holder of licenses for Type 1 and/ or 4 regulated activities.

5. Self-initiative and a good team player.

6. Experience on conducting financial institutional client onboard process will be a plus.

7. Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must, Cantonese will be a plus.

Credit Risk Manager/AVP

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for credit risk exposure and concentration risk computation, limit monitoring and control, asset quality monitoring, etc.

2. Responsible for MIS reporting and regulatory reporting;

3. Support the Financial Department in the calculation and reporting of IFRS9 provision & impairment figures;

4. Perform data extraction and portfolio analysis as required by senior management or regulators;

5. Enhance internal credit policies and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements;

6. Drive credit risk management system enhancement and automation.

7. Internal rating monitoring and control.

Requirements

1. Degree holder in Banking & Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Information System or related disciplines.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking and Finance with relevant experience.

3. Good Knowledge of risk management concept, primarily credit risk, IFRS9, loan classification and BASEL;

4. Excellent data analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience using statistical or programming tools such as SAS or EXCEL VBA will be an advantage;

5. Familiar with HK and China\s mainland banking regulatory rules;

6. Self-motivated, analytical-minded and able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedule;

Manager, Credit Administration Loan Center

Responsibilities

1. Prepare facility / security documentation based on approved credit proposal and follow up the proper execution before limit activation.

2. Liaise with lawyer and Legal and Compliance Department in drawing up non-standard loan documentation.

3. Follow up condition precedents / subsequent; monitor the breach of undertakings and covenants and initiate proper actions.

4. Handle various types of securities including property mortgage.

5. Handle loan drawdown, rollover, interest payment and loan repayment.

6. Prepare regulatory and internal reports.

7. Assist Team Head to develop, review and improve processes in credit administration areas to ensure accuracy and efficiency in works.

8. Assist Team Head to review and enhance the robustness and effectiveness of control measures to mitigate operation risks; proactively identify potential risks areas and propose measures for remediation.

Requirements

1. Degree or above, major in Economics / Finance /Accounting or related disciplines.

2. At least 5 years and above in structure and syndication credit administration.

3. Well experienced in various kinds of corporate loan products such as but not limited to in Structure and property development, Syndication loan as agent and participant and well versed with credit administration processes.

4. Familiar with loan market practice.

Syndication Loan Originator, Capital Market

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for loan origination and execution of syndicated and structured loans;

2. Solicit potential clients for syndicated loan;

3. Assess the credit worthiness of prospective borrowers, conduct market comparable analysis, due diligence, prepare syndication risk analysis and perform cashflow analysis;

4. Prepare information memorandum and presentation materials by obtaining relevant market information and liaison with customers directly;

5. Formulate syndication strategy based on research on market appetite, competing deal(s) and market depth analysis;

6. Negotiate with borrower, legal counsel and lenders on loan agreement;

7. Support co-marketing with head office / other branches as needed.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;

2. 5-8 years\ relevant experience in loan syndication/ relationship managers;

3. Strong analytical skills and highly numerate and articulate;

4. Good presentation skills. A team player with strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills.

5. Can work efficiently and independently under minimal supervision;

6. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

7. Knowledge of MS applications including Excel and Power Point and good PC skills;

Loan Agency, Capital Market

岗位描述:

Responsibilities

1. Review and comment finance documents: agency provisions.

2. Ensure satisfaction of condition precedents prior to loan drawdown or conditions subsequent.

3. Liaise with legal counsels and other external parties in issues relating to loan agreements and related documents.

4. Loan administration: liaise with clients and lenders for all loan drawdowns, roll-overs, loan transfers etc; perform calculation, maintain all internal loan records and prepare instructions to operation.

5. Ensure all process are executed in strict accordance to relevant operation procedures & controls.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Loan Agency (Syndicated Loan/ Loan Bank/ Agency Bank/ Participated Bank) who understands the process.

2. Knowledge in loan agreements and legal jargons.

3. Ability to write and understand the legal agreement.

4. Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
