Job Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant supports the CEO, General Manager of the company in carrying out his duties. It is responsible for organizing and managing the planning, participating in the internal and external communication of the company, and ensuring follow-up on the files entrusted to it.
The Executive Assistant is involved in all administrative matters related to the work of the CEO and General
- Organization and documentation of meetings, appointments, and travel
- Manage scheduling and sorting correspondence
- Track the circulation of initialers - Physical and telephone reception of visitors, customers, and partners
- Writing internal communication medium (reports, notes) and office tasks (mailing)
- Preparation, archiving and follow-up administrative files
- Implementation of accounting and financial monitoring
- Organization of internal and external events and their logistics (training, meeting, receptions)
- Administrative management of contracts and personnel
- Follow certain files related to the CEO and General Manager
- Participate in meetings, take notes, write minutes, disseminate them…

Requirements:
- Master Office Word, Excel, Power point and email tools
- Master of oral and written communication techniques
- General knowledge of administrative and secretarial management techniques
- Strong editorial and oral communication skills
- Autonomy and organizational qualities
- English/French proficiency perfectly
- Certain ease with office and collaborative tools (intranet, internal social networks)
