Shenzhen Bay Laboratory (SZBL) is a key strategic deployment for Guangdong Province and Shenzhen to build leading international and domestic science and technology innovation centers in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. SZBL is located in Guangming Science City with a planned total building area of 400,000㎡.

分子生物学是围绕生物学中心法则研究生物本质的科学，它同时产生可以广泛应用于生命科学的技术。发韧于上个世纪50年代的分子生物学和70年代的基因工程技术推动了生物医学研究和应用。例如研究基因的复制、修复、表达调控等基本分子生物学事件及其在发育、衰老、疾病发生等重要生物学过程中的调控机理，并将开展分子进化、基因编辑、新型分子标记检测技术、基因治疗技术等分子生物学技术的研究和应用。

生理学自16世纪哈维研究血液循环系统为起点，是现代医学的基础。分子生理学研究所使用分子生物学产生的概念和技术推动生理学研究，生理学研究提出的问题刺激分子生物学的技术产生和应用。例如研究重要的生理过程例如睡眠、代谢、免疫、感知、呼吸的分子机制及其调控，以及这些过程与疾病的关系。

The Institute of Molecular Physiology focuses on the molecular basis of both molecular biology and physiological processes.

Molecular biology is the science that studies the nature of living things around the central laws of biology, and it also generates technologies that can be widely applied to the life sciences. Molecular biology, which emerged in the 1950s, and gene engineering technology in the 1970s have advanced biomedical research and applications. For example, research on basic molecular biology activities such as gene replication, repair, expression regulation, and their regulatory mechanisms in important biological processes such as development, aging, and disease occurrence, as well as the study and application of molecular biology technologies such as molecular evolution, gene editing, new molecular marker detection, and gene therapy.

Physiology has been the foundation of modern medicine since the 16th century when Harvey studied the circulatory system. The Institute of Molecular Physiology uses the concepts and techniques generated by molecular biology to drive physiological research, while the questions raised by physiological research stimulate the generation and application of techniques in molecular biology. Examples include the research on the molecular mechanisms and regulation of important physiological processes such as sleep, metabolism, immunity, perception, and respiration, as well as the relationship of these processes to disease.

4. 在站期间，可申报中国博士后科学基金资助（自然科学资助标准为一等12万，二等8万元）；

5. 符合条件者，可竞争性申报全国“博士后创新人才支持计划”（国家给予每人两年共63万元的资助，其中40万元为博士后补贴，20万元为博士后科学基金，3万元为国际交流经费；

6. 符合条件者，可申报博士后国(境)外交流引进项目（20万元/年*2年），此项目不与广东省海外青年博士后项目及深圳市博士后在站生活补贴兼得；

7. 符合条件者，可申报广东省海外博士后人才支持项目（在站60万/2年，出站留粤住房补贴40万/3年，总额100万），此项目不与及深圳市在站生活补贴兼得；

8. 出站后留深工作者，可申请深圳市博士后出站留（来）深科研资助30万元，每年10万共计3年；

9. 鼓励符合要求的博士后申报各类项目（相关政策变动均以省市文件为主）。

2. Individuals who choose to settle in Shenzhen may apply for their spouse and underage children to obtain residence permits as accompanying family members.

4. During the research station period, you are eligible to apply for the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation funding, with the first-class grant of 120,000 RMB and the second-class grant of 80,000 RMB available for natural science research projects.

5. Eligible candidates may competitively apply for the National Postdoctoral Program for Innovation Talents, which provides a total funding of 630,000 RMB per person for a two-year period, including a postdoctoral subsidy of 400,000 RMB, a postdoctoral science fund of 200,000 RMB, and an international exchange fund of 30,000 RMB.

6. Eligible candidates may apply for the Postdoctoral Overseas Exchange and Introduction Program, which offers a funding of 200,000 RMB per year for two years. It is noted that this program cannot be combined with the Guangdong Overseas Youth Postdoctoral Program or the living allowance provided by the Shenzhen Postdoctoral Research Station.

7. Eligible candidates may apply for the Guangdong Province Overseas Postdoctoral Talent Support Program, which offers a total funding of 1 million RMB, including 600,000 RMB for in-station support for two years and 400,000 RMB for housing. allowance for staying in Guangdong for three years after the program completion. It is noted that this program cannot be combined with the living allowance provided by the Shenzhen Postdoctoral Research Station.

8. After completing the program and remaining in Shenzhen for work, researchers may apply for the Shenzhen Postdoctoral Out-station Retention (or Recruitment) Research Grant, which provides a funding of 300,000 RMB over three years, with an annual grant of 100,000 RMB.

9. We encourage eligible postdoctoral researchers to apply for various programs (relevant policy changes are subject to provincial and municipal documents).
