Real Estate Manager

With the direction from Brand Management and Country Management Office, the role is to support Brands to identify, analyze and recommend real estate opportunities, and coordinate between the company and landlords/agents.

Role & Responsibilities:

In accordance with Brand’s strategic direction, identify potential sites and properties, provide analysis and justification for Brand’s review
To coordinate the process of real estate related commercial discussions and lease renewals
To prepare regular reports/ updates of market real estate information to Management
Conduct regular site visits, monitor the watch & jewelry brands distribution in Macau, provide regular review and findings to Management
Coordinate in the process of site selections and undertake all kinds of feasibility and due diligence studies if entering into contracts with developers
Work with other Service Divisions such as Finance and Legal for Lease and Tenancy agreement execution
Ensure legal and commercial compliance of all signed leases, maintain an organized archive of all internal and external documents
Maintain good networking and relationship with landlords, consultants, agents and real estate brokers

Requirements:
