Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for sales target through personal and aggressive sales approach

  • Assist in the day-to-day operation activities in the store

  • Maintain proper visual merchandising according to corporate standards

Requirements:

  • Secondary education with post-secondary education a plus

  • At least 2 years relevant working experience with luxury product

  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.  English a plus

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for revenue generation, study and analyze routine reports to keep track of the business trends, propose and implement sales development action plans for each product category based on various clientele

  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share, report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.

  • Responsible for promoting Flagship awareness and enhancing customer loyalty through execution of planned marketing programs

Real Estate Manager

With the direction from Brand Management and Country Management Office, the role is to support Brands to identify, analyze and recommend real estate opportunities, and coordinate between the company and landlords/agents.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • In accordance with Brand’s strategic direction, identify potential sites and properties, provide analysis and justification for Brand’s review

  • To coordinate the process of real estate related commercial discussions and lease renewals

  • To prepare regular reports/ updates of market real estate information to Management

  • Conduct regular site visits, monitor the watch & jewelry brands distribution in Macau, provide regular review and findings to Management

  • Coordinate in the process of site selections and undertake all kinds of feasibility and due diligence studies if entering into contracts with developers

  • Work with other Service Divisions such as Finance and Legal for Lease and Tenancy agreement execution

  • Ensure legal and commercial compliance of all signed leases, maintain an organized archive of all internal and external documents

  • Maintain good networking and relationship with landlords, consultants, agents and real estate brokers

  • Understand trends in retail real estate and properties development in Macau

Requirements:

  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both oral and written

  • 5 years of experience and above in property business or related discipline, experience in managerial role preferred

  • Real estate development / shopping mall development experience in retail industry is preferred

  • Good understanding of development process and familiar with the issues of design, construction, leasing, marketing and sales

  • Strong in finance and statistics, communication and presentation skills

  • Aggressive and tactful in handling difficult situations

Education/ Certification:

  • University Degree in business or related discipline preferred
