1.用（泰语/越南语/印度尼西亚语）和英语为客户提供不同Trip.com产品 （航班、酒店和火车）的咨询以及关于他们预订的问题；Advising customers in (Thai/Vietnamese/Indonesian) and English on different Trip.com products (flights, hotels and trains) and questions regarding their bookings.resolving customer issues by telephone, chat and email.3、在有目标的环境中，以同情心和耐心处理客户的问题；dealing with customers\ problems with empathy and patience in a purposeful environment.4、作为高绩效团队的一部分工作，在需要时支持和帮助同事；working as part of a high performing team, supporting and assisting colleagues when required.attending regular team updates.keeping up to date with promotional activities and initiatives.Read, understand and comply with company policies and procedures.五、岗位要求资历 Job requirements
