主要职责：

1.Analyze and solve on-site technical and application problems for existing and potential customers, and assist sales to complete pre-sales technical support. 

2.Support customer complaint and failure analysis on site, follow up continuous improvement plan, including technical improvement, process improvement, formula improvement, etc. 

3.Assist in the preparation of product testing, customer testing, technical guidance and other technical or product performance documents for new product launches. 

4.Organize and carry out practical experiments in the laboratory to help customers solve problems. 

5.Provide product and application training for distributors and end users. 

6.Daily business trip 50%.

岗位要求：

1.College degree or bachelor degree.

2.At least 2-3 years working experience.

3.Good command of English.

4.Experience in related building materials or adhesives industry is preferred.

5.Good at learning and communication.

6.Have team spirit, independent working ability, high enthusiasm and focus on results.
