• 职位介绍：

• Overall Responsibilities Support Ford daily legal operation in China, responsible for related agreement drafting and consultation of REC, FCO and JVs in China (IP and Purchasing mainly), interact with members of the MSS, PD and Purchasing teams in China and keep close working relationships with colleagues of FGTL global team and China OGC.
• - Handle patent translations/prosecution independently
• - Provide basic patent consultation to product development engineering team, including patent process, patent training, invention disclosure drafting innovation brainstorming, patent clearance and free-to-operate review.
• - Support IP Counsel to manage patent agent in China
• - Coordinate communication with IP head office and global team in different locations Qualifications: - Bachelor degree and above from a well-respected university; - 1 to 3 years’ legal professional experience in IP firms or Intellectual Property dept. of MNCs is preferred.
• - Familiar with China patent filing process, with knowledge on: China Patent Law and Regulations, auto related technologies (e.g. engine. EE, mechanical, manufacturing).
• - Good English oral and written communication skills, good data analysis skill, with working knowledge of MS Office Suite(Excel, Word, PPT), Adobe, AutoCAD, etc.
• - Self-motivated, good at interact with clients, good time control skills, good team player; China Patent Attorney Qualification is a must and China Lawyer Qualification is a plus
