The Role

Analyst, ECM Execution & Investors Marketing

Key Accountabilities

Assist in a variety of professional presentations, updates, analysis and client support and services

Assist in valuation of companies and comparable companies

Provide support in origination and execution of equity transactions

Work closely with all professionals in both ECM Department and other divisions / departments (Investment Banking, Equity Sales, Trading and Research, etc.)

Skills & Experience

The Role

AML compliance role for our private banking role.

Key Accountabilities

Review customer due diligence, periodic review/trigger event review and ongoing monitoring of high risk customers according to the established policies and guidelines

Review and resolution of payment screening, transaction monitoring alerts generated. Review requests for third party transfers/payments

The Role

Leader of the development of group comprehensive risk management framework and regular review of comprehensive risk policies.

Key Accountabilities

Lead the development of group comprehensive risk management framework and regular review of comprehensive risk policies

Facilitate the communication of company risk committees and relevant departments to ensure effectiveness comprehensive risk management implementation

Lead the group-wide risk consolidation management from comprehensive risk management perspective, including formulation of risk framework, monitoring risk management profile, KPIs performance of group subsidiaries, and report to regular senior management and head office

Coordinate different department / teams to prepare various overall risk-related reports on different levels with multi-dimension perspectives for company management, stakeholders and regulators

Handle regular or ad hoc requests from various parties including head office to ensure the effectiveness of communications

Coordinate the quarterly group-wide business stress test practice, by establishing stress test scenario matrix, building a unified risk management platform, consolidating the results for analysis as well as reporting to management with follow-ups on risk mitigation plans

Conduct evaluation on the effectiveness of single-type risk management practice and the 1st line of defense risk management work. Coordinate the development of evaluation framework and working closely with stakeholders to follow up on the improvements

Develop the correlated risk management framework, including formulation of risk policies, monitoring risk exposures profiles, and reporting to regular senior management and head office

Conduct ad hoc or regular analysis on specific business areas as requested by management or head office

Work with company\s data governance team to develop and maintain overall risk data framework, and lead risk data system projects

Skills & Experience

Bachelor degree or above with knowledge of financial markets and common ETD/OTC financial products

Team player with passion for continuous learning and good sense of risk controls. Able to lead and coordinate with projects

At least 10 years of working experience in financial institutions. Experience with credit / market / operational / model risk management or project management is preferred

Strong analytical skills with clear and logical mind-sets; able to take initiatives to identify, analyze and solve problems in daily tasks

Good presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining effective communications with different stakeholders

Proficient in written and verbal English and Mandarin Chinese

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of VBA and Python language is a privilege
