Job Description:

For our accounting department, we are looking for a full-time financial employee m/f to support our team. We are a fast-growing company and need someone who can help us maintain our financial records. As an employee m/f in our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing daily financial tasks and supporting the financial manager.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Processing purchase invoices;

2. Managing AR, AP;

3. Assisting with customer credit limits control;

4. Assisting with financial statements and reports;

5. Assisting with tax return such as VAT and ICP;

6. Other administrative duties.

Job requirements:

1. At least HBO for working and thinking level;

2. An accounting or financial background;

3. Good English skill;

4. Good at Mandarin is an advantage;

5. Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (Excel);

6. Good communication skills;

7. Accurate and with an eye for detail;

8. Stress resistant and flexible.
