【Position】

Intern_Legal Assistant

【Objectives】

Participate Model D project, especially the intensive stage before/after go-live launch (which will trigger lots of new and timely legal advice needed). the project is strategic, complicated and follow market trend for the interns to learn, grow and develop.

【Tasks】

• Support legal counsel to provide project based legal support for direct sales business arrangement (e.g. sales operation, marketing content review, customer journey review etc.);

• Support legal counsel for handling of customer complaints increased due to direct sales model;

• Support legal counsel to conduct contract and other legal relevant documents review;

• Support legal counsel to conduct legal research per project need;

• Consolidate project report;

• Other work (i.e. administrative support, translation, PPT drafting etc.)

The Model D project is strategic, complicated and matching market trend. It is an excited project for the intern to learn, grow and develop; also it is a good opportunity to have contact with a wide range of legal topics, which help the intern develop legal expertise in an effective way.

• Legal research and analysis

• High level of PPT skill
