Air Macau is a regional airline based in Macau SAR, People’s Republic of China. Our network covers 26 cities in the mainland of China and other cities in Asia. There are x22 A320 family aircraft in Air Macau’s fleet consists of x12 A321, x10 A320. There are 1183 staffs in Air Macau by the end of APR2023, coming from 38 countries and regions all over the world. Air Macau has maintained a safe flight record for 29 years since its inception.
Air Macau is looking for qualified candidate for the following position:
A. Sales Trainee (North China)
B. Customer Service Assistant( based in Beijing Capital International Airport)
C. Customer Service Assistant( based in Beijing Daxing International Airport)
The preferred candidate should have
Sales Trainee (North China)
l University graduate；
l Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese；
l Ambitious and thrive in a fast paced and target driven environment；
l Capable to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude；
l High degree of energetic, initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility and a self-motivating approach to achieve both business objectives and personal success；
l Quick learner and team player；
l Willing to be relocated to different cities in Region of North China or overseas for long or short-term assignments；
l This sales Trainee program will be divided into Region of North China；
Customer Service Assistant
l Beijing residence will be preferred；
l University /College degree；
l Candidate with airport service experience will be firstly considered；
l Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin；
l Enjoy and willing to do customer service with team spirit, good team player, patient, mature and attuned to quality customer service；
l A willing helper with sense of responsibility, be careful with routine assignment, enthusiastic and positive attitude and hard working；
l Willing to work on call for emergencies or when necessary, such like flight irregularity, crisis, etc.；
l Must be able to meet time sensitive deadline；
l CSH staff should be shift on duty during Public Holiday and weekend；
l Excellent computer skills with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office functionality；
