Sales Planning Executive (Regional Sales Planning Department) – BJS

正式岗/实习岗(6个月,可提供实习证明)

Job Description

· Business planning and target setting:

1. Support RVP & GM & Sales teams in developing the overall sales strategy to achieve station\'s KPIs.

2. Perform analysis to cascade HO assigned performance targets (e.g., revenue, OD pax) to country POS, and manage the subsequent iterative process of target setting between HO and stations

3. Ensure rigour and ambition in regions’/stations’ action plans against assigned targets

· Analytics & Tools:

4. Provide data analytical support and deriving insights by synthesizing information from a variety of data sources (MIS, MIDT, Fare Insights, Sales Dashboard etc.) to generate sales related reports.

5. Performing analysis of the reports, interpreting and drawing insights from reports to resolve problems and finding solutions.

· Sales performance management:

6. Monitoring of Region, Stations performance, forward loads and OD performance. Submit regular and ad-hoc sales report.

7. Investigate revenue/pax segment/load factor tracking issues arising from human or system errors

8. Work with Sales to build effective and competitive sales plans and initiatives.

· Pricing & Inventory Optimisation:

9. Propose private fares and promotional fares as governed by Pricing Procedure. To initiate and drive sales steering activities (eg tacticals/promotions/campaigns) to drive sales KPIs

10. Collaborate with HO PMD for pricing strategy in market (eg review of structural fare, regular updates of fare products)

11. Monitor external market shifts and major competitors\' movement (eg analysis of market share and strategies on solutions)

12. Share intelligence on competitor activities, distribution landscape, consumer trend, opportunities and any other relevant information with HO to aid with pricing strategy and seasonal fare review by PMD.

13. Regular monitoring of pricing and inventory issues in a timely manner, to optimize station\'s revenue.

· Fare Distribution

14. Support fare filing work to ensure fares are submitted and filed in SQFS in a timely manner to support sales efforts.

· Administration

15. Prepare meeting content and minutes (e.g. RSP meeting, station\'s sales & marketing meeting, HO discussions)

Candidate Requirements

a. Aviation background is preferred, but not a pre-requisite (hence fresh grad is welcomed)

b. Bachelor’s degree with more work experience and master’s degree with less experience are both ok.

c. CET- 4 and above.

d. Team player with diligent, careful, precise, logical, steady and responsible work attitude.

e. Fast learner and able to work well under pressure.

f. People with data analysis ability are most desirable.
