About this opportunity
We are responsible for new build, integrate and maintenance of the Core network products. It runs on several platforms, including carrier-grade routers, virtual machines and containers.
We are market leaders and with mobile traffic from more than 2 billion people passing through our products (40% of the mobile traffic in the World).
Our products put high technical requirements on the team including high-performance application development, low latency requirements, multi-threaded programming, embedded development, DPDK knowledge and framework design in the IP Connectivity competence area.
What you will do
1. Participate in customer projects, including project definition, project management tasks, verification of implemented solutions.
2. Prepare technical documents (Method of procedure, High-Level documents, Migration study, and testing documentation).
3. Hands-On and troubleshooting activities during project rollouts, installation, configuration, integration, and testing.
4. Secure the technical functionality and quality of deliveries.
5. Work with remote teams, including coaching, mentoring, and internal support activities.
6. Travel frequency: at most 75% domestically
You will bring
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in field of Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or with other major but has high passion in telecommunication industry
2. Experience with Linux Operating system and database
3. Good scripting / programming skill of Shell/Python/Go/Perl
4. Good understanding at IP networking
5. Experience on virtualization & cloud technologies (VMWare, OPENSTACK, Kubernetes, Containers).
6. Good communication, cooperation and collaboration skills
7. Strong fast-learning and critical thinking ability
8. Fluent in English reading and writing
