幕墙结构工程师

工作职责
1. 为全球各种奢侈品零售幕墙项目提供工程计算检查和报告。
2. 设计符合当地或政府建筑设计规范和标准。
3. 提供设计方案，以实现实用和经济的结构解决方案。
4. 协调设计师，设计团队，项目经理和现场团队。
5. 在投标阶段进行工程检查，以提供准确的投标预算。
6. 按照公司程序准备计划，文件和记录。
7. 完成直属经理分配或指派的任何项目相关任务。
8. 处理其他分配的工作。
要求
1. 幕墙建筑行业相关工作经验。(经验丰富者将任命为高级绘图员)
2. 具有玻璃幕墙、钢结构和饰面板结构设计的实际经验。
3. 良好的施工方法，材料和制造工艺知识。
4. 熟练掌握英语、粤语和普通话。
5. 熟练使用MS Office办公软件。
6. 积极主动，责任心强，能承受工作压力。
Responsibilities
• Provide engineering calculation checks and reports for a variety of luxury retail facade projects globally.
• Design compliance with local or government building design codes and standards.
• Provide design input, in order to achieve practical and cost-effective structural solutions.
• Coordinate with Designers, Drafting teams, Project Managers & Site teams.
• Engineering checks during tender stage in order to provide accurate tender submission budgets.
• Use of company procedures in plan preparation, documentation and recording systems.
• Complete any project related tasks assigned or guided by the Line Manager.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Relevant experience within the facade construction industry.（Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Drafters role.）
• Practical and proven experience in structural design of glass facades, curtain walling, structural steel and cladding is required.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and fabrication processes is required.
• Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to work under pressure.
