工作职责

1. 绘图员需要为全球各种零售业幕墙项目绘制机电2D施工图，加工图和草图。

2. 能够绘制平面图、剖面图和立面图，并明确标识机电系统。

3. 绘制 E&M 系统布局图/表，主要是LED布局

4. 使用供应商信息（CAD 文件和数据表）准确绘制幕墙系统内的LED 和其他机电部件。

5. 通过建筑、结构、机电图纸、3D 模型和现场勘测来发现任何问题。

6. 负责与项目经理，现场团队，工程师，3D建模员协调2D图纸和加工图/生产纸。

7. 能够通过施工图和加工图制作MEP材料清单。

8. 按公司流程完成绘图计划，准备文件和执行文件备份。

9. 完成直属经理分配或指派的任何项目相关任务。

10. 处理其他分配的工作。

要求

1. 幕墙建筑行业相关工作经验。不属于幕墙行业的候选人必须具备机电设计与绘制的能力。

2. 具备良好的施工方法，材料和制造工艺知识。

4. 具备3D /BIM建模和协调经验者（使用任何软件包 AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino等)，将优先考虑。

5. 必须具备基本的英语能力，必须具备良好的普通话能力。

6. 熟练使用MS Office办公软件。

7. 积极主动，有强烈的责任感，能够在快节奏的高压环境中工作。

Responsibilities

• MEP Drafter is required to independently produce 2D electrical shop drawings, fabrication drawings and sketches for projects within the luxury retail façade sector. 

• Be able to produce drawings in plan, section, and elevation, with E&M systems clearly identified.

• Produce schematic cable layouts/diagrams for E&M systems, primarily LED layouts.

• Use vendor information (CAD files and datasheets) to accurately draw LED and other E&M parts within the façade system. 

• Identify any problems through coordination of architectural, structural, E&M drawings, 3D models & site surveys. 

• Coordinate with Designer, 3D Modeler, Engineer, Project Managers, Site teams & Vendors.

• Take-offs of materials from MEP drawings.

• Use of company procedures in plan preparation, documentation and recording systems. 

• Complete any project related tasks assigned or guided by the Line Manager.

• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant experience within the façade construction industry. Candidates without façade industry experience will be considered with proven ability in electrical design and drafting.

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and fabrication processes for electrical systems is required.

• 3D/BIM coordination experience using any packages (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino etc) is not a requirement, but would be an advantage.

• Basic command of English & good command of Mandarin is a must.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
