  职位描述

  岗位职责：

  1. 执行测试，收集和分析数据和结果，识别趋势和见解，以实现付费搜索活动的最大投资回报率。对网站架构、内容、链接等因素进行更改，以提高目标关键字的SEO位置。

  2. 生成、编辑、发布和共享每日内容（原始文本、图像、视频或HTML），以建立有意义的连接并鼓励社区成员参与。

  3. 在每个社交平台内设置和优化公司页面，以提高公司社交内容的可见度。

  4. 通过市场调研活动分析市场趋势和业务环境。

  5. 与其他部门（客户关系、销售等）合作，管理声誉，确定关键参与者，协调行动。

  6. 通过获取和分析适当的社交数据/指标，根据信息采取行动，持续优化和改进。

   

   

  任职要求：

  1. 市场营销、广告、传播等相关专业本科以上学历。

  2. 有过社交媒体营销或数字媒体/SEO经验优先。

  3. 熟悉网络营销，熟悉各大营销渠道，具有网站分析工具经历。

  4. 较强的沟通能力和积极主动的态度。

  5. 良好的粤语听说读写能力，能用中文和英文口语交流。

  Responsibilities: 

  1. Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in orderto achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

  2. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

  3. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

  4. Analyze market trends & business environment through marketing research initiatives.

  5. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

  6. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

  Requirements: 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Marketing, Advertising, Communication.

  2. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist/SEO Specialist.

  3. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.In-depth experience with website analytics tools

  4. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

  5. Excellent spoken and written Cantonese, ability to communicate in spoken Chinese and written English.
