JOB OVERVIEW
【岗位名称】Compliance Officer
【工作地点】北京
岗位职责
1.Market entry, license, senior management person and other regulatory administrative application
2.Regulatory routine reports
3.Ad Hoc regulatory survey and inquiries
4.Complaint monitoring and handling
5.Compliance review and risk monitoring
6.Daily communication with regulators
7.Significant and major events, incident reports to regulators
8.Internal committee and meeting material preparation
9.Regulator on-site inspection support
10.Regulation and regulatory notice internal circulation
11.Perform Compliance training
12.Create and renew compliance policies
13.Follow ups on all regulatory comments/recommendation 14.Other Compliance related works assigned
任职要求
1.Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Law
2.Minimum 3-4 years work experience in foreign bank compliance department
3.Familiar with local CBRC/SAFE/ PBOC rules & regulations and relevant compliance policies;
4.Sound knowledge of banking products / services;
5.Independent, self-motivated and detail-focused; able to work under pressure
6.Good command of verbal and written English and excellent communication skills;
7.Literate in MS applications, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc.
