Sales Executive / Account Manager

IT Channel is a local Solutions Integrator company founded in 2005 providing and delivering sophisticate technology solutions to multinational corporations and local enterprises. Job Responsibility:

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to Macau customers. Manage customer’s enquiries by phone, email and/or live chat.

• Implement creative ways to improve our client relationships and to drive business by promoting our products / IT Solutions. Provide strategic and consultative advice to help customers get the best return on their advertising investment and/or solve technical challenges for customers.

Requirement:

• High diploma or above (prefer IT Technology)

• Must be Macau citizens

• Experience in sales, marketing, consulting or customer support will be an advantage

• Achieve assigned Sales target

• Knowledge of IT equipment is preferable

• Good computer skill especially MS office (PPT, Xls and Outlook)

• Proactive, independent worker with the capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others.

• Proficient in Cantonese and Putonghua

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, Government Holiday

Salary:

Basic MOP$ 14,000 to 20,000, + commission
