Handle daily accounting operations including account payable, account receivable, etc Prepare invoice, month-end closing report, bank reconciliation and related accounting reports Handle ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
At least 2 years of accounting experience Good command of English and Chinese Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality Able to work independently and within tight deadline
Handle enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found
Ensure the efficient and prompt handling and delivery of all guest requests throughout the hotel.
Handle guests’ complaint in a proper way
Maintain consistent and effective flow of communication between shifts among fellow managers and colleagues
High School Graduation or above
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Able to work on shift
Provide full spectrum of administrative support
Handle administrative tasks including typing, filing, translating, regular correspondence and liaison with external partners and vendors
Maintain strict confidentiality of all data
Assist staff in maintaining the day-to-day operations of departments
Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
University graduate, major in Management would be an advantage
Presentable, mature, able to work independently & with a strong sense of responsibility
Good computer skills in MS Office
