职位描述：

Job responsibilities including but not limited to:

1. Supervise Biochemistry team for method qualification/validation, release testing, stability testing in QC labs.

2. Ensure compliance to GMP requirements, including instrument/equipment qualification and maintenance.

3. Recruit, train and retain team members to meet the development and needs of the company.

4. Provide technical guidance, qualification/validation and/or extend capabilities to meet high standard of project achievements and customer satisfaction.

5. Draft, review and/or approve SOPs/assay qualification protocols, assay qualification reports, stability reports, and CoAs.

6. Be expected to perform the job independently with no or limited supervision.

7. Ensure effective technical transfer internally and externally.

8. Provide scientific presentations internally at higher-level management team, national or international scientific conferences as required and/or at conferences for customer needs as well

9. Provide assistant to internal/external audit.

教育程度/经验Education background/ Experience：

BS, MS degree in a science discipline with experience or training in molecular Biology, biochemistry, or equivalent experience

特别知识Special knowledge：

1、Must be trained in or have experience with the requirement of EMA and FDA GMP regulations

2、3-5 years technical leadership experience for bioanalytical service, including but not limited to assay development/qualification, bio-product stability and/or protein analytical service for bio-product development and/or plasmid development (e.g., ELISA, SDS-PAGE, WB, qPCR related techniques).

技能Skills：

1、Excellence in working experience in bioanalytics, and biophysical chemistry, protein chemistry, and/or other biotechnological fields

2、Strong communication skills both in Chinese and in English by reading, writing and verbal communications
