我们正在中国重庆的卡塔尔航空客户服务中心寻找具有天赋，能够提供令人难忘服务的客户服务专员。

作为客户服务专员，您将通过电话为卡塔尔航空集团公司的客户提供卓越的服务，以确保在每次互动中都能优化客户满意度。 您的主要职责将包括进行新的机票预订和对现有机票预订的更改，报价，出票/改票以及处理退款和投诉。 此外，您还将支持电子商务和会员俱乐部相关产品活动。
