Customer Service Specialist & Operation Specialist

Position:Customer Service Specialist & Operation Specialist

n

Location:Beijing

n

Principal Accountabilities:

n

• n

  To accept work arrangements between Capital Airport & DaXing Airport, and business trip to other cities if necessary

  n
n
• n

  To support sales with all cargo reservation and handling issues in accordance with customer’s expectations and requests

  n
n
• n

  To do the daily booking and tracing works

  n
n
• n

  To deal with irregularities/claims issues

  n
n
• n

  To manage GHA and ramp performance

  n
n
• n

  To prepare loading plans, flight documentation for each flight

  n
n
• n

  To support ULD inventories and make report

  n
n
• n

  To monitor all special cargo operations

  n
n
• n

  To make necessary phone call with foreign colleagues/partners/customers

  n
n
• n

  To support other reasonable tasks as required

  n
n

Profile Requirements & Qualifications:

n

• n

  Bachelor’s degree equivalent

  n
n
• n

  Relevant CS OPS experience, good airfreight industry knowledge preferred (previous experience in airfreight industry is welcome but not obligatory)

  n
n
• n

  Strong negotiation and communication skills

  n
n
• n

  Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint etc required

  n
n
• n

  Driver’s license Cat.C

  n
n
• n

  Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, TEM8 preferable
